WIFA Figure Skating Boots
The Viennese boot factory “Schuhfabrik FRANZ WITTMANN” was founded 1920. At the end of the 1950s, the first skating boot collection was created and WIFA soon became one of the world's leading brands of ice and roller skating boots. The principles that made WIFA skates world famous still apply today: the highest standards in manufacturing and quality control, regionality and sustainability in the choice of materials.
Leather for sustainability and longevity!
WIFA is careful with resources, so leather is a must for the figure skate collection. Tanned according to the environmental specifications of the EU. Plastic is used in very small quantities only where it is unavoidable. All WIFA models are made in Europe and made of leather sourced from Europe and tanned according to EU environmental specifications. Final production, quality control and development is in Vienna. Info about measuring and fitting can be found on the product pages. Since we use the same lasts for all collections, the tables apply to both skates and roller skates, except that the latter are made only in one width, so we have made a separate sizing chart for roller skates .
The service time for WIFA® boots and skates will be 4-8 weeks. Allow 1 extra week if a different inline or quad frame will be installed. If added, your frame size will be determined by the boot size ordered.
